LHS Academic Awards Nominations academic

The Lyndhurst High School Academic Awards Dinner will be held Monday, May 6, 2019.

Each year the dinner honors a former graduate of Lyndhurst High School who demonstrated scholastic excellence in high school, as well as in higher education, career endeavors, and community service. Each honoree should serve as a role model for the current student body.

The committee has established a pool of qualified candidates. Each year we add names to that pool. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have graduated at least ten years ago from Lyndhurst High School
  • Must not have been employed in the district for at least three years

Anyone that knows of a person or persons whose names should be added to that pool, please submit your recommendations to me via email: blake_spence@lyndhurst.k12.nj.us

You can also mail your recommendations to the following address:

Mr. Blake Spence
Academic Awards Committee
Lyndhurst High School
400 Weart Avenue
Lyndhurst, NJ  07071

Please submit your recommendation no later than February 11, 2019.
