Welcome to Ms. Caldwell's
Parents: please feel free to email me whenever needed.
****Please read for at least 20 minutes each night!****
Reading between home and school is an important part of helping your child become a fluent reader. Your child will begin to gain confidence as a reader, improve comprehension and vocabulary skills, and develop reading fluency by reading a variety of different ways. You may choose to:
*Listen to your child read to you.
*Read with your child, alternating pages.
Always be sure to ask your child questions about the book before, during, and after reading to see if they understand what they are reading.
Thank you for your help, support, and cooperation. It is always exciting to watch children develop the skills to become successful readers. If you have any questions and or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Have fun reading together!
