Your Assignment for the following 2 weeks is as follows. Please email your full activity sheet by 5/15
-You are to log at least 6 hours of physical activity (This should be different then your phys ed activity). The focus should be more on body weight exercise, maybe get creative and find a workout with items at home (water jug, furniture) and log those workouts. If you think of a cool home workout, would love to hear it. You can also use YouTube videos to create a workout.
Situps- 1 hour
Jumping Jacks 1 hour
Treadmill 30 minutes
Planks 45 minutes
